- [UniOne](https://www.botha.solutions/work/unione): free macOS app putting a University of Sydney student's semester on one screen. Tauri v2, Rust, React, Claude API on the student's own key, secrets kept in the macOS Keychain, notarised releases, Stripe-issued invite codes.
- [Nerve](https://www.botha.solutions/work/nerve): operations platform for multi-site hotels. React Native staff app (TestFlight build 43, NFC verified on hardware), role-gated Next.js console, production marketing site.
- [Portfolio reporting](https://www.botha.solutions/work/reporting): Azure SQL, Data Factory and Power BI platform that around 40 sites run their P&L on. Same-day fix re-attributing 8,112 wage rows; a 10-hour extract redesigned to about 2 minutes.

## What I'm good at

- AI in production: in-app chat on OpenAI models inside client reporting dashboards and hospitality apps; agents with enforced limits (the Second Brain); five to nine agents on one codebase with file-claim locking and adversarial review; MCP servers and markdown memory (JoshOS).
- Data platforms and finance: owns the Azure SQL, Data Factory and Power BI platform ~40 sites run their P&L on; root-caused near-100% margins to dead payroll feeds; DCF, three-statement modelling, WACC, comparables.
- Product engineering: UniOne (Tauri v2, Rust, notarised Mac app), Nerve (React Native on TestFlight through build 43, Next.js console and site), and websites including project2100.com.

## Models

OpenAI models ship in production at Project2100. Claude is the daily build tool and powers UniOne's assistant. Gemini, Grok, Copilot and open-weight models: Josh knows where each fits; none is claimed as deployed.
